Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of WML (What My Life), operated by Baltasaar Services GmbH, Gensinger Str. 14, 55457 Horrweiler, Germany (“we”). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. What WML is — and is not

WML is a wellbeing and habit tool that supports recovery through structure and human connection. It is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis, therapy or medical advice. It does not replace treatment by qualified professionals. In an emergency, contact local emergency services (EU: 112) or a crisis line — the app always points to human help, never replaces it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no harassment of other members (buddies, pods), no attempts to access other users’ data, no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that endanger other users or the service.

5. Pricing

Core features are currently free. If paid plans are introduced, they will be clearly marked and require your separate agreement before any charge.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will notify you in the app of material changes at least 14 days in advance; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

8. Final provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
